Only a life lived for others, is a life worth living. There is no point of living, if we are leading a life fulfilling our own needs and desires. A life which is immortal is the one which is devoted to the service of all the life forms. Our organisation has been working unendingly for the prosperity of the stray animals. We are doing all we can for the sake of the animals, who are not blessed with the gift of speech. A calf has been found having an injury in his hoof. He wasn’t able to walk properly. Currently he is being treated with all the suitable medications, by our veterinary team. We wish the poor lad a speedy recovery and a healthy life ahead.

A number of cases of reckless driving have been reported on a daily basis. And the ones who are most affected by it, are the faultless animals. Due to diminishing habitat of animals, they are forced to live on the footpath of the roads. As a result, they create traffic nuisance and in turn get themselves injured. One such case has been reported to us by a resident of Lucknow, Mr. Ram Singh. He rang us on our 24×7 helpline number and notified us about the injured helpless calf. The calf was injured on his back, which was bleeding profusely. Thanks a tonne to Mr. Ram Singh ji for this act of kind-heartedness. The world needs more of such people, which will make it a better place for us as well as these animals. The calf is now out of risk. We wish him a good health and a quick recovery.
Homeless animals that keep on wandering on the streets prove to be a nuisance to the hustling and bustling traffic of the busy city streets. As a result, either the driver gets himself injured or unintentionally or intentionally hurts the animal in the way. Similarly a buffalo met with an accident in Gomtinagar, Lucknow this Friday. Luckily a passer by Mr. Ashish Pandey immediately called us on our helpline numbers and informed us about the buffalo. Our ambulance along with the emergency veterinary team approached the site without any further delay. The buffalo has been bought to our shelter for further treatment. The treatment is going on. But the increasing cases of animals getting injured in road accident needs to be considered and some action is required at this point of time.
